she's going to jail. no way she is not complicit. what the hell is wrong with people?
Wanna bet? I doubt she's going to jail. They'll paint her as the ex-wife too afraid to report it.
Between her and the idiots who held the door closed so others couldn't get out for fear the shooter would follow them, I just want to scream. I feel so sad for those families and friends whose lives can never be the same. It's beyond heartbreaking.
There needs to be a better witness protection program in order to assure the safety of those who do step forward.
As well as assurance that they won't be automatically thrown in prison for wasting investigators' time if it does end up being just a false alarm (assuming they really did think there could've been a threat).
The lack of witness/informant protection isn't an excuse, but they're still essential.
Honestly, she was damned if she did, damned if she didn't.
If she had gone to the authorities, they'd probably have arrested her anyway because she was involved just by having that POS tell her of his plans. She could've at least lives though, if she had just gone to the authorities beforehand.

I think if he beat the old wife probably beat this one too- maybe she feared him ? They will let us know- the guy was a real piece of shyte -- angry all the time - she got a poly graph- so will hear soon-
