No, it was off topic. He makes a birther-like accusation that Obama is a Muslim without one iota of corroboration. It should be obvious that this claim is an nonsensical as the whole birther investigation. While in your mind it is okay to throw stones based on ASSumptions, it doesn't work that way in the real world. Clear???
Standing with a people against discrimination is actually noble. In fact, it is much better than judging an entire religion based on the actions of a few. I am sure it is falling on deaf ears, but it should be painfully obvious.
What about all the others? Does the KKK identify as Christian? In their heyday, they killed a lot of people. I can give you examples of pastors who killed their wives, mass shooters from good Christian homes, and a number of murders who attended Christian churches. There is an endless list of crimes committed by Christians.
