There's so little car production in the US these days, hardly any foreign makers have plants here
Unless you count Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia...

EDIT: I just saw the date on the Tweet.....I guess Trump isn't recycling, he was just one of the many that bought into the lie at the time.

Its simple don't buy a Jeep. They are crap anyhow. Very poor customer repair records and low reliability.

Trump was proved 100% right. Jeep production is moving to China under Obama's trade deals.

Please cite how you come to this conclusion. Jeep production is not moving to China.

If Trump is elected, which I hope he is, I'd love to see him say this:

Trump to China: "Go create your own jobs!"

Seriously, why can't foreigners create their own jobs? If it weren't for the US, the whole world would still be practicing subsistence agriculture and living in mud or straw huts.

so the Romans didn't build aqueducts that are still standing 2000 years later and the Chinese didn't invert paper and fireworks to take a couple of trivial examples

This post is as incoherent as a Trump speech. Go into Walmart and see the products made in China that Americans voluntarily purchase. Almost all of those items are made by foreign countries that made their own jobs.

This.

I live in the city where Jeep was "born" and I have a lot of relatives who work for Chrysler/Jeep and its affiliates or suppliers.

They have been hiring in droves for the past 3-4 years especially and nearly every young person I know who wants to work there (and can pass a drug test and basic academic test) has been hired.

Our Jeep actually produces more vehicles than any other plant in the world, which is something my family members are proud of and brag about.

The Tweet is very old. If Trump were "right" back then there wouldn't be so much hiring at Jeep/Chrysler in the US right now in my area especially.
