Since he declared his candidacy he has become involved in 70 lawsuits alone, about evenly split between being plaintiff and defendant.

3,500 legal actions over the last several decades

As USA Today stated:

"The legal actions provide clues to the leadership style the billionaire businessman would bring to bear as commander in chief. He sometimes responds to even small disputes with overwhelming legal force. He doesn’t hesitate to deploy his wealth and legal firepower against adversaries with limited resources, such as homeowners. He sometimes refuses to pay real estate brokers, lawyers and other vendors.

As he campaigns, Trump often touts his skills as a negotiator. The analysis shows that lawsuits are one of his primary negotiating tools.

He also uses the legal system to haggle over his property tax bills. His companies have been involved in more than 100 tax disputes, and the New York State Department of Finance has obtained liens on Trump properties for unpaid tax bills at least three dozen times."

How can he even concentrate on his campaign with all these lawsuits? And what does it tell us about his so-called negotiating skills?

How can he concentrate on his campaign? The same way any CEO concentrates on his job, he has an army of lawyers doing the legal work for him.

Trump has made a career out of lawsuits? Just what do you think lawyers like Obama and Hillary have done? They certainly weren't prosecutors or public defenders. Hillary seems to be being sued or charged with something all the time, she's more slippery than John Gotti.

Don't you find it strange none of these students that feel they were ripped off by Trump University have come out publicly speaking.........why is this?

You do know that selling Real Estate is up to the agent, not the school? If these people didn't make it, could it be because of the housing bubble or they were lousy real estate agents?

Trump and the Westboro Baptist Church are both sue-happy.

'Murica...act like a donkey's butt then sue the people who call you out.

Do you REALLY think that is odd for 500 Trump companies?

"He also uses the legal system to haggle over his property tax bills."

Oh, the horror!

Don't most people?

I know I have.

No kidding. According to a Forbes article, Walmart faced 5,000 lawsuits per year.

Corporate Tax? There's one reason he's popular and people are blind to his acting like a spoilt 4 year old brat. Could be corporations believe he'll have their back and ease their tax burdens. Reminds me of Chaney and oil.

UNPAID tax bills that he legally owns, or else liens would not have been taken out on his property.

He's a crook and dishonest citizen who won't pay his tax bills.

Let the little people pay property taxes--not Trump.
