I still love the "Buy a Shotgun", Joe Biden video that shows people having trouble with the recoil on the shotgun, then the petite girl with the AR. Cracks me up. "Owwwwwww, Alan!" (Yes, to be fair, most of them are not holding the gun in the best way.)
That is the most embarrassing thing I have ever read. As AR-15 is only slightly more forceful than firing a .22lr. My wife has shot mine and she thought it was much gentler than a .380 pistol.
Well he does have the name "Kuntzman" to live up to.
The Onion couldn't write a better article than this. My two favorites: Quote "even in semi-automatic mode" uh, the AR-15 doesn't have the ability to fire any other way.
Qute "it is very simple to squeeze off two dozen rounds before you even know what has happened". If you can pull a trigger two dozen times before you even know what happened, you need help. And a lot of it.
Please Mr Kuntzman, for your own safety do not look at, approach, or attempt to handle anything sharper than a pillow.
Interesting little quirk I've just encountered twice...I tried emailing this guy to present a logical, polite response and I've been kicked back to their article page. Not sure they want an actual response. I'll chalk this one up to a problem on my end since I'm running XP on a computer in my garage that is exposed to a ton of dust.
I'll try on my laptop with Win10 that is kept indoors.
None of you are being fair to women and children in your comparison.
They're not just a little tougher than Kuntzman. They're a LOT tougher!
And for what it's worth, my cousin is a LP (dwarf), and he can fire an AR with no bruising or PTSD either. This author is pathetic whether he's lying or telling the truth here.
