A Phoenix man shot and killed a suspected robber Thursday, claiming it was a case of self-defense, police said.
The suspect then made a U-turn and drove toward the man who was standing on the sidewalk, police said. He fired several shots at the suspect in the truck, hitting him fatally, police said. The suspect lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a wall. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
if you look at that area of the world, the Chinese were the creators of gun powder, they had rockets and firearms hundreds of years before Europe. Japan being a neighbor had the same types of items.
The Chinese used them for fireworks, not for weapons. And they weren't much into "sharing".
FALMOUTH, Va. (AP) - Stafford County authorities say a man fatally shot his girlfriend, their two children and then himself, moments before a concerned relative stopped by to check on the family.

Man I'm sick of anti-gunners posting chit like this. What point, exactly, do you think you're making? (I'll probably regret asking this...)
What a ridiculous suggestion! Either the guy was doing something wrong, or this particular gun was defective. Most handguns are reliable and without defect-- but one thing we should remember; any gun is only as good as the person wielding it. Mistakes, slips of the hands--they do happen, even with military-trained personnel. If you've ever cut yourself chopping an onion, you know it's a fact. If you're pointing the gun the right way, the worst that'll probably happen is a shot into the ground (or floor if you're doing it inside, which isn't always a good idea)...or..you'll shoot yourself in your foot.
I've never cut myself using a knife...because I know HOW to use one.
