Guns will still be restricted in DC, bet the ranch on that. Even the Solicitor General of the United States supports continuation of gun restrictions in the country. The SC is going to tweak the law probably requiring the District to drop it's outright ban and hear applications to keep a gun IN THE HOME on a case by case basis. No big deal. 120 hearings, one permit granted. Due process is restored.

Dont know what a 4F is. Must be that elitist military thing again.
Get over yourself. Garbage men serve their country too.
The solicitor general dont matter much. He's a puppet kinda like you.
Guns will be restricted, not banned. Big difference there bucko.
Your idea of due process is about as idiotic as the rest of your silly little boy views.

Remember Rlchurch has already ignored my post about when seconds count, the police are minutes away. He also ignores the posts about how the Supreme Court has stated the police have no duty to protect an individual. Let him call 911 when he's in trouble. As they put him in a body bag, it will be too late for him to protect himself. He has his head in the anti-gun clouds and just cannot see the truth when it's right in front of him

If you're in Chicago, sometimes the police never show up...

Long live the second amendment!!!

Florida pass concealed carry in 1987. Since then crime has fallen in the state over 58%.

All states that have shall issue concealed carry laws have seen drops in crime.

Despite what the media wants you to believe. School shootings have also been down since the 70's

If people stopped being emotional, and started to think more rationally on the issue. They would realize that gun ownership in America is a very good thing.

According to the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) in 2005, 477,040 victims of violent crimes stated that they faced an offender with a firearm.

Incidents involving a firearm represented 9% of the 4.7 million violent crimes of rape and sexual assault, robbery, and aggravated and simple assault in 2005.

The FBI's Crime in the United States estimated that 66% of the 16,137 murders in 2004 were committed with firearms.

not crime free, but quite a bit like sweeden, which is one of the lowest violent crime countries in the world, they require all males between 18-45 have a handgun and rifle in the house or on the person.

there are laws in some states that require you to help a person in need, if you do not, you face criminal punishment.

the supreme court has said that the police are not there to protect the citizens as individuals, but society as a whole, how can they protect you if they do not have to by law?

people trained to have a CCW, are trained to avoid confrontation if all possible. Using the gun as your last resort.
