Obama blames guns. I blame "Stupid in Chief ". Who as I said before will take every opportunity to turn a tragedy into a political event for his gun control agenda.
Then in the same speech claim it's not him making it a political event. Hillary is supposed to be the "Lair in Chief" maybe he is multitasking today.

We would be no different. If another country bombed one of our hospitals we would demand retaliation. Libya, Syria nor Iraq did a damn thing to us. Afghanistan, not really. We killed them by the thousands.
