If the ban is reinstated it will mean the feds are playing games and not interested in saving lives.


It will mean that some liberal lawyer will suddenly realize the guns not banned, work the same as banned guns. they will then conclude all the legal guns need to be banned because they function like banned guns.


The legal definition of an assault weapon is the equivalent of asking the doctor why your favorite part is falling off and he says its because your sick and not feeling well.
Nebulous and interpretive as used in a conversation and effective emotionally, otherwise meaningless term.
