Some people are beyond unbelievable. This guy had multiple dui's until he finally crashed and killed and injured other people. He is awaiting aggravated manslaughter charges and went back out drinking at the SAME BAR! When people said something about it he posted on social media that the public should mind their own f-ing business.

No he has a right to be an a..hole in public till convicted and that right is removed via incarceration.
Judge could have denied bail, or used home incarceration to prevent drinking, or ordered no drinking as a stip of bail. If he's following his legal rights, allows him to be an a-hole.

He is certainly entitled to whatever freedoms anyone else is entitled to and is innocent until proven guilty." To the comments about Abad's presence being inappropriate given the circumstances, Gallucci replied that Abad is "going through a process called the Constitution" and said "those who don't believe in the Constitution can move to another country that doesn't have it."
I agree... the "anonymous public" who hide behind their computers to post garbage they'd never say to any persons face should do exactly what he said.

He should study the Constitution a bit more closely and see the part about Freedom of Speech as well where people have the right to socially castigate him
Perhaps he needs move to another country....after he serves his time in prison
Psycopath? Sociopath? In his mind the deadly head-on collision is something that happened to him, and not something he did.
