One boy pleaded guilty to felony exploitation of a child and misdemeanor battery. A second boy pleaded guilty of aiding and abetting felony lewd conduct and aiding and abetting misdemonear battery. The third boy pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory to the commission of a felony.
The felony would be recording the incident on a cell phone. Recording a little girl's genitalia being touched would be child pornography.
Once again, there was no rape. There was no knife. There was a 7-year-old boy touching a 5-year-old girl inappropriately. There was no urination. There was an older boy recording the incident.
Who are you to decide what is or is not my business? This crime happened as a result of our immigration policies, particularly in regard to refugees. That makes it a national issue.
Now you're reaching. Little boys and little girls are often curious about each other's bodies, and sometimes that leads to inappropriate behavior. The proliferation of cell phones being used to record things we see led to this inappropriate behavior being recorded, and that record itself was illegal.
The "lying and distorted" part of the news is on the part of the left-wing media that lie and pretend that this entire event didn't happen. Did the initial alternative news stories get the nationalities of the perpetrators wrong? YES. And they did so because the local authorities and the MSM did not do their job and inform the citizens as to what DID happen. Had "alt news" not gotten involved this entire story would have gotten no coverage and this innocent victim would have gotten even less justice than what she did get. All reports indicate that the prosecuting attorney, whose job it was to get justice for the victim-was harder on her in the court room than on the sexual predators. To this day the local judge has put a "gag order" on those involved, preventing anyone from finding out exactly what was done to this poor girl. Now, just how much prison time did the perps-who pled guilty to a sex crime, actually receive?

That point is minor but there should be some accuracy, I do wonder how they got their information. The more glaring inaccuracy was the rape claim, presence of a knife not to mention why they felt this was news worthy. They were 0 for 3 in the title alone.
There is a suggestion that two of the boys may have been Christian.

Instead of suggesting this, how about reading the Judge's report........when they address these young men they refer to them as Muslim......not Christian, someone is making this up to make the story not so bad! Many Christian churches are now bringing Muslims into the fold and inviting them to be members of the church while they hold their own faith, this isn't exactly Christian thinking......you can fool many, but you won't fool the few.
The little girl was subjected to Forced Oral Sex, is this not really a sexual act? It couldn't be labeled as rape according to many men, I guess. The little girl, before all this exploded told her dad what those boys did to her and she described to him penetration. Now tell me if this was your daughter would you be saying they only touched my little girl, not wanting the full truth and something done about it? Or would you politely walk away and tell your daughter those boys didn't mean that.....you wasn't raped honey, they only touched you and put their penis in your mouth, now get over it! The doctors notes were also sealed......interesting how much some of you think you know and you haven't even seen the reports, just as the rest of us haven't. How do you think you know what the young men did or didn't do? The dad reported seeing part of what looked like penetration, he stopped watching out of disgust......he should have watched the whole video and had others to do the same ( for more proof) before handing it over to those who used the information against the little girl.

I am puzzled as to why you even consider this relevant. This Austrian event. It has nothing to do with the case in twin Falls...in fact, the only common thread is that one of the boys was from Iraq. Do you need reminded about this: the Obama-appointed U.S. attorney for Idaho, Wendy Olson, inserted herself into the case, saying any Idahoan who issued false, threatening or “inflammatory” statements about the Muslim perpetrators risked prosecution. She later walked back the comments after being roundly rebuked by a number of legal scholars who said there was no federal law against “inflammatory” speech......remember this and why did she even go there?

The judge in the case has exercised his option to seal all records from public view and issue a gag order on the families involved, but that hasn’t stopped Loebs from talking about it publicly, Guerry told WND.
“This prosecutor is the one who’s made a public spectacle of this case, talked about now nothing much happened. And he’s spent a good chunk of his time on this case ignoring, minimizing and degrading my client, and done his best to prevent this little girl from getting justice,” Guerry said. “All he’s done is push them aside, and I think he’s violated the rules of his oath and of professional conduct. How is this Constitutional to be threatened for speaking out about the unfairness this girl has received from the community and those in charge of upholding the law for all Americans?

Actually, it is the extent that the defense attorney and many supporting Mr. Obama and the refugee program in Idaho took to make sure the facts never surfaced. When a gag order is put on the people involved even after the sentencing, tells you there is so much more to this than the truth.
