I'm not pro-gun. I'm pro rights but yes there are many hypocrites in all of this.
There is no proof of DUI anymore than there is proof of terrorism. They are both based on suspicions backed up by a certain degree of facts yet you can lose your license based on suspicion, you can lose flight privileges based on suspicion but you cannot lose your right to own a gun because it is a right. That doesn't make any logical sense.

The vote was a sham. The only way we are going to have meaningful gun control is to vote all Republicans out. GOP is owned by the NRA...

The text of the 2nd Amendment, clearly says all of them are.

There is a reason it says the right of the people. There is reason it is not specific. and the most important reason, we tell government don't touch it. Meaning it may be used to get it back.

There are plenty of rights that are temporarily taken away prior to trial that are not expressly indicated in the constitution, drivers licenses for one but they need to go to court to even temporarily remove a gun.

To clarify why we have that right. It was put to full use during the Civil War. No attempts by government before the Civil War, to infringe. After, it has been almost non stop.

I'd love to hear your "meaningful gun control" definition. Is this like "common sense" gun control or are you attempting to re-brand it as something less ridiculous?

If you think that terrorists will obey any law, you have problems.

I have never seen our government work harder than when it comes to working for gun control.

Most of the time they do nothing but when it is time for gun control, they suddenly become busy little bees.

You can't lose it based upon suspicion. I've already covered that NONE of it makes sense.
