And that means the military will not interpret the Constitution for themselves, nor will they commit mutiny against the nation's elected leaders--which would be a direct rejection of the Constitution.
No, not true at all. They are sworn to uphold the constitution, not the government. If the government violates the constitution they must oppose the government or violate their oath.
