Gives meaning to the saying .. "When seconds count ..."

Matt Agorist June 23, 2016

Quote:
Orlando, FL — The testimony of a Belle Isle police officer was given this week allowing for the first public account of what happened inside the Pulse nightclub earlier this month. Officer Brandon Cornwell’s account of what happened could explain why the death toll was so high — they were told to stand down and not to pursue the shooter.

According to Cornwell, he was one of the first seven officers on the scene. After hearing reports of shots fired, Cornwell was at the nightclub only 38 seconds later.
“Some ran towards the building, some stayed back with people running out,” he said. “There was tons of people running out of the club. I grabbed my assault rifle and ran toward the club. At this point, the shooter is still actively shooting inside.”

Those first Officers should be commended for their courage and swift action-they located the shooter in the bathroom within minutes and were tactically positioned; whoever gave them the order to leave the Club should be chastised. Makes you wonder...

We've been doing a lot of standing down the last 7.5 years.

The ones that rushed in were probably Republicans....the ones that didn't, were probably PC Democrats who stuck a tampon in and like their leaders, appeased and ran away....nice.

STOP BLAMING THE COPS for everything.
they were told to stand down because Omar said to 911 negotiator he had put explosive vests on hostages and had car out side with explosives.

The Democrats thought they could talk their political ally Islamic Jihadist out of it. Omar Mateen showed his allies the finger.

No, that's not true. The first call to 911 and claim of explosives was after they were told to stand down.

It made me ill to read this. How many lives could have been saved if they had been permitted to do their jobs?

STOP! 49 lives are gone. Enough with the sophomoric attempts to make everything about politics. The people doing this only make themselves look bad - not the party they're taking potshots at.

Nah, not really, its the democrats that want to let more people in that have a similar mindset. And just so we are crystal clear, it's ALWAYS about politics and how certain tolerant views (extremists for the sake of PC) get people killed.

If you REALLY cared about your fellow American, you would see that. Why is it that the left always cries incessantly when the right could say: "told you so". But no, that wouldn't be "fashionable" and because of these "tolerant" views, 49 more Americans are dead.

Maybe if you would review the 9/11 tapes once more you might start to finally realize that sticking your head in the sand and singing cumbaya only gets more people killed. Put your emotional tampon back in and come on board for the big win. Or not. And continue to get more innocent people killed because of lackluster leaders like POTUS and your soon-to-be most despised team, Hillary/Warren.

Lock N' Load, it's coming your way.
