The words "We the people" do not translate into any of the specific stuff you referred to in the quote in your post, except only possibly in your wildest dream.
Who allows government to even exist, under the direction of the document called the constitution?
The first 3 words of the constitution mean everything to the dissolving of the United States.
Use your brain on this. Do you really think that a splintering of this nation into 50 or more individual states is going to lead to the people in said states being more prosperous, more economically viable, more influential on the national stage... or less?
Do you think 50+ nations sitting around next to each other with 50+ different policies on trade, rules on enabling business, and legal adjudication processes on everything are going to produce less friction to drive business investment...or more?
If all these states are seceding, why they hell would they agree to "free trade" and all these other things? You **** or get off the pot.
It's pretty stupid to advocate for it unless you want us all to slide back a few generations in living standard and relinquish international influence.
If that government was limited to securing endowed rights to life, liberty and absolute ownership of property and NOTHING MORE, it would be acceptable.

Prosecuting criminal injury to the person, liberty or property of a victim, and nothing more.
Any state, province, or municipal area that wants to leave any country should be permitted to do so by vote. I supported part of Ukraine's exit even though our "Democracy for all" government railed against it. If you want to leave a country, you should be able to do so.
I think it'd be for the best. There are so many fundamental disagreements about how to run things between blue and red states, that both sides would probably be happier if they just became separate nations.
The only problem is the geographic difficulty of it. The huge swath of red states is right in the central ~80% of the country, with the blue states mainly along the coasts.
I would support a gradual trend towards greater decentralization, but the sudden shock of secession wouldn't be good for anyone.
Honestly, I compare secession to getting really frustrated with your boss and spontaneously quitting your job. It might feel great at the time, but sooner or later you'll realize what you did and wish you hadn't.

Yes, some States would be far more prosperous without the US.
I guess that in the "land of the free" no one believes in human freedom anymore...

No man is "property" of any institution....
Furthermore, the "United States" were a group of States, not prisoners of a Federal Regime. (Not until Lincoln invaded and occupied them anyway...) It is the natural right for any State and its people to leave an arrangement that is detrimental to their well being...
