No that is not what I'm suggesting at all. Indian Reservations are owned and monitored by the Federal Government. I want a full eradication of the police force, and black people to opt out of all government services. Meaning they pay no more actual taxes, and are left to govern themselves with no intervention or interference from the US government.
And except for those who have casinos, reservations for Indians guarantee poverty.

In this universe, your proposal would require the forced mass movement of at least 50% of the black population into whatever enclaves the federal government determines. So I guess under your proposal blacks in Illinois would be forced to move out of Bloomington, Aurora, or Champaign to south Chicago and E. St. Louis.
No, ideally black people should give up these government services willingly. I believe black people should have the ability to "opt out" of all government services. I believe if all blacks were educated on the evils of government, all of them would voluntarily opt out of it. I do not condone any sort of forced association, and nowhere in my post here did I say I did.
Black folk are impacted in a more adverse ways when placed in lower income areas than any other group because of the genetically embedded elements experienced over many years.
Now, place them in more favorable conditions and higher levels of education, they fair well.
Look at all of the prosperous majority black communities such as Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, etc. Their IQ levels remain high as they are able to reproduce and attract those of similar levels of intellectual and social intelligence to that area.
Unfortunately, there are more lower class areas than there are wealthy for the black community as a result of a natural but corrupt Society.

I have yet met a Black person who thinks their crime is related to black culture not the discrimination. Many blacks believe that police purposely target black people; hence the higher crime rate and incarceration rate.

Except I never said anything about relocating blacks from where they were. But you guys love to overlook that, and make up what I said on the spot.
What you said implied you think blacks already live in enclaves, one of those statements from you that makes me think you either aren't black or live in an alternate universe.
