He is most certainly the exception unless you have more information. They had not inspected that clinic in 17 years, fast food restaurants are inspected more frequently. Texas inspects these clinics multiple times per year but they found no reason to shut them down, that's why they needed HB2.
Go back to my original post. I have updated it with links to many abortion clinics that are dirty, unlicensed and victimize women.
The cAnard* that legalizing unrestricted abortion on demand is the ONLY way to prevent "back alley. coat hanger" abortions is a lie told by pro-abortion advocates. At least open your eyes and see that pro-abortion advocates and abortion doctors are not all about safety and health of the pregnant woman.
*feel better now randomparent?

List of victims including 911 calls at link above.
Your legitimate source is from 1989, but it was one clinic and they deserved to be fined, one event does not equate to data. The other 2 sources are Operation Rescue and Red State, surely you have some legitimate sources for this widespread behavior. No one is arguing that clinics don't have issues but you indicated that Gosnell was the rule.

Attack the source to avoid the reality. I figured as much. Doesn't change the fact that women are being victimized by clinics that are out to make money and have nothing to do with keeping abortions safe.
Women, including myself, are fully cognizant of what's going on: treating women like 2nd class citizens is perfectly acceptable as long as they have access to subpar medical facilities for abortions.
Why insist on treating women like 2nd class citizens when there's clearly no need to? No one's wailing and hand-wringing about lack of access to surgery centers that must meet the higher standards.
Still with the second class citizen crap? Don't you have anything else to say?

I did not indicated that Gosnell was the rule. I stated clearly that Gosnell was not the exception. There is a difference if you understand the concept of logic.
Weird how the left wants to regulate everything except abortion clinics.
I think you were probably trying to be sarcastic, but you're just plain wrong. Women's/family planning health clinics are just as subject to any applicable local, state, and federal standards that any other clinic offering similar medical services is. How is it so easy for some to just make stuff like this up?
You're expecting "civilized self-control" from a nation that indiscriminately invades/occupies other nations for no good reason and bombs the crap out of other s with a similar lack of good reason?
Why is it people express such concern for embryos, (potential human beings), while having so little for actual living, breathing human beings?
The issue is the Orwellian practice of the state deciding a person is not a person.
