It is possible for quality abortion care to be provided in a facility that does not meet the physical plant requirements of a surgery center.
It's possible for ambulatory surgery centers to do the same, as well. Yet, they are required by law to meet higher medical and facilities standards. No one has a problem with that.

Think very carefully about this: Ambulatory surgery centers have to meet minimum medical and facilities standards, yet abortion centers which perform surgical procedures on women do not. That's a clear violation of the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause.
Court rulings aren't infallible. Every single court has been overturned at one point or another, even SCOTUS.
Repeating that line ad nauseum does not make it true.

I don't recall that very important point being brought up by any of the justices or Texas, how did they all miss that. Maybe next time they should seek your advice.

Actually, they did. SCOTUS just ignored it, like they do many other Constitutional rights while they and other federal courts legislate from the bench (which they're NOT supposed to do - their job is to adhere to the Constitution).
Just look at how far 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th, and 14th (just for starters) Amendment rights have been eroded by inappropriate federal court judicial activism rulings.

Yeah, well, now we're stuck with this ruling that establishes the horrendous legal precedent that women, exclusively, don't have 14th Amendment equal protection rights anymore.
The 14th Amendment clause of which I speak:
No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
But SCOTUS just ruled that while ambulatory surgery centers have minimum state-legislated medical and facilities standards they must meet, abortion centers performing surgical procedures on women do not have to meet those standards.
