His parents can be denied entry. See Solution for Problem of "14th Amendment" Birthright Babies.

His parents would face some serious decisions at that point.

Try to focus

How can the boy be denied entry?

He can't. But generally parents don't like to leave their children behind.

Curious, why wasn't that your response to the OP?

Not trying to be combative but I don't understand what you're getting at.

This was my initial response:

I was dealing with a different aspect of the problem. In my last post I was addressing a very specific inquiry, i.e. whether the minor could be excluded.

I believe that you also believe, incorrectly, as phetaroi does that this matters. He was not born in the US and is a naturalized citizen. He can be denaturalized, I also assume most, if not all, of his family are naturalized citizens so they could, and should, do the same for them.

I wish someone would get this in front of Trump because I think he would do it.

Thanks for playing.

Also Change.gov was an Obama innitiative which I still wish we had because I feel this would have gotten a lot of support there.

Which of the conditions for doing so does he meet?

I am not going to argue this with someone on the internet that just found out through Google what denaturalizion is. I believe they can find a reason if they wish to. You may not, I do not care. You were wrong when you were trying to bully jbgusa and you are wrong now, but at least now you know of the concept of denaturalizion is.

So, none.

The boy can't be denied entry nor can he be denaturalized.

Got it
