If you never ban or more regulate them, the supply will never have time to dry up, break down, age and slowly fall in number.

So the very reluctance to increased gun regulation or banning is the very reason there is a massive supply today. And the only way to start dwindling down that supply is increased regulation or banning in the case of assault rifles.
How long has heroine and cocaine been extremely regulated?

Yes, I do. Because the argument has been that criminals will get these guns despite a ban because they're criminals. So the people opposing my points are arguing back and forth with themselves.

The guns rights people are the ones that said criminals will get the guns they want no matter what laws.

If that's true, you can't say "people that have them aren't selling them"....

If you can stop a criminal shooter by merely refusing to sell your weapon because of low availability, then more regulation or banning can stop that criminal too..

Heroine and cocaine are not used in mass shootings. People just want to take the drug and be left alone.

And furthermore, look at all the people that get caught with drugs. Think how many prevented mass shooting that would be.

So what is your idea exactly? Ban all guns?

That is ridiculous and you are living in a fantasy world.

What makes you think mass shootings and other gun crimes would suddenly stop if you waived a magic wand and made all the semi automatic rifles dissappear?

There will be no significant reduction in the number of guns in America without repeal of the 2nd amendment (which would require approval from 38 out of the 50 states) and door to door Stormtroopers confiscating weapons.

Good luck with that Adolf.

How do you know they are a criminal?

Why isn't more speech and assembly banned? All the inflammatory rhetoric is leading to all this violence! The same with web pages! It leads to radicalization. We must ban them now!
