Judges like that have no business sitting on the bench and need to be impeached.

The beauty of the Constitution is that it is timeless. The Constitution does address the culture and technology of the 21st Century, but this judge is just too blind to see.
Spoken like a true aristocrat. Goodbye democracy.

Democracy is as evil, immoral, and barbaric as any form of tyranny and slavery. The "mob" has no more right to initiate force upon the individual than any person has.

Evil?

democracy= rule by a majority of the people

communism= rule by the state

oligarchy= rule by the elite in society

aristocracy=rule by the higher class of society

dictator, monarch, emirate, emperor= rule by a supreme leader

So, what's your poison?

The non-aggression principle...a true civilized society. Not any of the above immoral institutions of aggression upon the individual...

A group of tyrants is no more moral than a single tyrant...democracy is a sham, a hideous "justification" for aggression upon the individual and is just as destructive to human freedom as any form of dictatorship...

Does this utopia exist? If not, what's the most tolerable existing alternative?
