Actually Iranians themselves are suffering under Islam.

Many Iranians are proud of their Pre-Islamic past and are aware that Islam was forced on their ancestors with a sword.

No other country in the Middle East comes close to Iran where a big percentage population is sick of Islam. If and when the Islamic Regime falls in Iran, it will be a catastrophic blow to Islam not only in Iran, but repercussions will be felt all across the globe.

Free Iran!

Nope

It's about morally supporting secular voices in Iran.

Geez...amazing how you folks never learn.
Iran is obama's biggest blunder, next to nurturing terrorism after Iraq was tamed. A then tranquil place he inherited form GWB and squandered because of his ego.

At least the iranian people like us and wanted to be more westernized.

Obama could have at least given lip service to the iranian people. there were many ways he could have helped other than endorsing outright armed insurrection.

Obama finds hiself at the crossroads of history, golf clubs in hand, distorts Teddy Roosevelt's, 'talk softly and carry a big stick'.

the world would be a different palce had hillary, valerie jarrett and of course obama had made the effort.

Obama sat on his hands again when christians were being beheaded and crucified. His big accomplishment was that syrians could be killed wholesale as long as chemical weapons weren't used.

then when chemical weapons were used, he misplaced the invisible red ink with which he drew a red line.

Obama the bystander. He tries so hard to emulate the EU where long after a crisis, a decree of righteous indignation is declared.

Who the hell said anything about going to war with Iran or anyone else about burning a flag? I was responding to the poster that said we would not win a war against Iran which is pure bulls^it.

Oh...how wonderful. So they're brainwashed and hateful.

So what exactly do you wanna do about that? Huh? Turn them into nice people by handing them bags of Cracker Jacks? Get over it.

Yeah, some Iranians hate the U.S. and it's partner regimes. Whoop-dee-Doo! It's so important to you that we be loved by everyone? They hate us because we earned that hatred. In fact, you hate THEM, so why shouldn't it be reciprocal?

Because you've got a red, white and blue streak painted down your chest? Get real.

The United States has NO BUSINESS backing ANY Iranian movement. So let's say we back the movement and it fails? Then what?

Again for the damn billionth time, ALL American backed revolutions in foreign countries lack legitimacy and will be dismissed immediately by the indigenous population of said country as a C.I.A. ploy to install American influenced puppets in positions of power in order to control their government and steal the wealth.

Why do they believe this? Because we have a history of doing this. Wake the hell up and stop kvetching about nonsense that would only get us in more trouble in Iran.

Honest question: say a legit internal dispute does break out between the quds and 'the people'. They beg for assistance. You cool with food drops?

What...do you think the Iranians are gonna EVER forget what we did? Would you forget it?

So they burned a flag and a few symbols that you hold dear. Get over it.
Why not move to Iran.. you would fit right in with their hate of America.

We wouldn't ....and you know it. Again, we've lost Vietnam, we lost in Iraq, and we're losing Afghanistan.

Iraq is half the size of Iran, far less mountainous, not as well armed, and has only a third or Iran's population. And we couldn't subdue Iraq. Not one bit.

So how do you defeat Iran? Tell us oh great one!

What...you think that the Iranians will take one look at the invading John Waynes with flags waving and bullets flying and immediately lay down those arms and ask for Apple pies and Chevrolets?

Chill with the jingoism nonsense and use your head.

The middle east hated us long before we ever stepped foot over there. Long before the first attack on the twin towers on Clintons watch..
