Hillary could have renegotiated the Status of Forces agreement and she also could have not been a part in securing Libya for a huge ISIS stronghold too.

You know what I don't understand with BO having majority in both Senate and House..that he didn't pursue Cheney and Bush for their lying that initiated destabilizing the Middle East?
