Are you kidding? The only viable alternative to a complete Trump rout; not on your life. Soros, Koch brothers et-al would not allow it. She's gonna walk on this while Petraeaus got hung out to dry.

The poll (and question) is not about "prosecution" - it is recommendation for Indictment. The DOJ will get that recommendation, just as they recommended the same thing for similar crimes ... Like Bill Clinton's CIA Director. Clinton Pardoned him right before midnight on his last day in office. He made a hurried plea deal do a misdemeanor and the entire thing went "poof".

Deutch left the CIA on December 15, 1996 and soon after it was revealed that several of his laptop computers contained classified materials designated as unclassified. In January 1997, the CIA began a formal security investigation of the matter. Senior management at CIA declined to fully pursue the security breach. Over two years after his departure, the matter was referred to the Department of Justice, where Attorney General Janet Reno declined prosecution. She did, however, recommend an investigation to determine whether Deutch should retain his security clearance. President Clinton pardoned Deutch on his last day in office. Deutch had agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor for mishandling government secrets, but President Clinton pardoned him before the Justice Department could file the case against him.

The actions of former CIA Director John Deutch were chicken feed compared to what we already know they have on Hillary Clinton .... The FBI can't just sweep a year long Criminal investigation & 2 Inspector General reports under the rug. Any prosecution comes directly from the DOJ, not the FBI.

Petraeus was not prosecuted and not "hung out to dry". He had a Plea Deal to avoid the recommended Indictment from the FBI. Eric Holder vetoed prosecution and Petraeus plead guilty to a misdemeanor, got 2 years probation & a fine. Paula Broadwell got Zippo, Holder said the DOJ does not Indict or prosecute "media".
We know that was a Lie.

What about her selling favors as Secretary of State to some of the most vile regimes on Earth in exchange for payments to her foundation? That is worse than the email stuff.

I just love the supporters who paint with white wash. No one knows. I've got my lawn chairs and bourbon ready in case they move the case forward to the DOJ

Default Clinton will be recommended for Criminal charges.

However it will be difficult with the corruption and the Clinton Machine in place.

As much as I would love to see justice served, I'll have to say "no" but I hope in the deal that she steps out of the race:
