I think Loretta Lynch was told about what the FBI would be saying which made her feel confident to say she would follow their recommendation.

I guess this assures Loretta a job if Hillary is elected. Anyone else would be insane to hire a crooked judge.
Loretta Lynch would have NEVER allowed James Comey to make that statement if she had known what he was going to do. She certainly did know what her DOJ prosecutors would do with the FBI Report on Clinton's Email. .
IF Comey had followed the normal protocols and just delivered his report to the DOJ -
1) Would we ever know what was in that report .... NO
2) Would the DOJ decide to Prosecute Clinton ...... NO
Did Director Comey KNOW that would be the result ...... You bet he did. This is not his first Rodeo.

I always hate this part of hearings. The pontificating by the Congressmen. I want to hear from Comey. Let him say what he believed, don't tell him what you think he believed. Ugh.
