This is more like what I am expecting from Hillary. She will probably give some excuse why this can't work once her Wall Street overlords tell her what she can and cannot do. We wouldn't want to upset Wall Street.

I have no issue with people who really need help.

So your solution is for everyone to pay more taxes, so some special snowflakes can get free college? I know it's a dirty word these days (because I know two young people who snubbed their noses at it) but you can go to community college than transfer with your AA degree to a university. Right there is a major savings, work a summer job(I just saw on the news that teens no longer want to work summer jobs), get a loan, apply yourself and get a scholarship....but don't expect someone to carry your freight.

I don't get why more people don't question "how is this going to happen?". Do they think the faculty and staff work for free, that the buildings will just maintain themselves, and the utility companies will just donate the electricity and heat?

What about limiting this to just trade schools? Those jobs are in-demand, and not everyone is suited for college or white collar jobs.

Georgia already has college scholarships funded by a lottery. Many students quickly lose their funding because they do not maintain their GPA above the required level.

How about we fund this college tuition bonanza with a national lottery?

Free? As in the professors, administration, maintenance department and even the janitors will be working without pay?

Or does that mean the upper middle class gets the shaft once again?

The upper middle class will be paying for their own kids and everyone else's kids.

F Hillary and her "screw the upper middle class" politics.

That would be a valid question if our money was a limited resource/inherently valuable and not just created out of thin air by the TRILLIONS whenever it is deemed necessary by those that control our Government and Central Bank. Quantitative Easing caused TRILLIONS of OUR USD to be created out of thin air and doled out to those that wanted us to "carry their freight". The same thing with corporate/banking bailouts and endless war profiteering.

It's about priorities, and people are oddly silent on the TRILLIONS created out of thin air used to "carry the freight" of nationless banks and corporations too lazy or stupid to succeed without it, yet at the same time these people have been conditioned to go into fits of rage at just the thought of any fiat currency being used to help the actual American citizen who as a whole have not seen true economic growth since the early 1970's despite rapid increases in productivity.

Inflation is also oddly of no consideration when TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS of our USD are created out of thin air to those perceived to be "worthy" by so many such as yourself. It is all just BS.

Lol that's the truth. Same people who thought Obamacare mean Obama would pay all my health costs for free. Idiots.

Any student whose family earns $85,000 or less would be eligible at first. The income level would go up by $10,000 each year until 2021, when anyone whose family makes $125,000 a year or less would go tuition-free.
That would cover more than 80% of all families, the Clinton campaign said."

so we get Bernie's socialist policies anyway, but get stuck with her.
Did she say where she is going to raise taxes to pay for this?

If she didn't then it's an empty promise of free stuff in an election year.

I suspect the latter from a carreer pol who last promised to unconstitutionally seize oil company profits which would have been deemed illegal by the supreme court.

Maybe she can promise to resurrect elvis and cure cancer while she is at it.
