Where? I've been along the border from Brownsville to El Paso, and NOTHING I saw resembled the third world. Some towns like Del Rio, Laredo, and Eagle Pass have come a long way in the last 20 years.

We are becoming more and more a 3rd world nation where you have the rich and the poor, connected people don't have to obey the laws, and we have an ignorant majority voting for people and policies that are going to take us down the road to Venezuela....this is our future, embrace it.

America has a long way to go to approach the poverty in some of these countries.
If you dont like America you got a problem because USA is as good as it gets.

The South would suck in every indicator whether or not blacks lived there or not.

And blacks are hardly numerous enough to drag down non southern red states like Oklahoma or the Dakotas.
