Trial by video has got to stop . Period. Far from being scientific evidence, which is what some think. The credibility, authenticity and above all else legality comes directly into question. Surveillance cameras etc are more useful and provide more subjective evidence.
Video footage of accounts, can be adulterated and tampered with , edited and turned the way you want it to appear. If I was a judge, tampered evidence would have no place in my courtroom. So in effect, anything shot through a smartphone lens is sadly inadmissible and why shouldn't it?
Say if somebody comes to my house , threatens my family with a gun , I confront the individual , then at that point somebody starts video taping me just at that moment. Without getting any prior facts, we are not seeing the total and complete picture. This is not any responsible or fair minded person would want. I hope.

Never saw her daughter in the car in those videos.
There will be no charges. No one will be able to prove this beyond a reasonable doubt. It will never get past a grand jury. DOJ will take two years and then say the department is racist but no charges lol.
