Would it be less smarmy? Would there be less wiggle room for lies? Would the average voter expect more integrity from candidates?

Or would someone else have filled the void expecting people to accept whatever they say? Could any other political family have ever played so loosely with reality? It seems everyone just accepts it from,"I didn't inhale," and onward.

It would have to be better, much better. The FBI would have more time to investigate terrorists. Hillary wouldn't be there holding the door open for the terrorists.

Who told this guy that dishonestly is politics started with the Clintons? That's such an absurd premise.

Why would you think that? Was there less wiggle room for lies after Nixon skated free? Was there less wiggle room for lies when Reagan conveniently 'couldn't remember'?

The difference is i don't think they would sell the country down the drain for personal gain like Hillary!!!

Not only is she a congenital liar as William Safire once stated. I honestly believe she's evil as well!

Nixon was forced to resign and was gone. His reputation was forever sealed as dishonest. I wouldn't call that skating. Reagan was probably in the beginning stages of Alzheimers.
