Was the guy drunk or high or somehow out of his mind? What I don't understand is why can't people comply with a police order? I know if I broke the law and was caught, even if I didn't break the law but the cops think I did guess what if they told me to stand on one foot and hop around I would. I wouldn't be happy about it but when tensions are high and the adrenaline is pumping it is better to comply so they don't get rough with you or have any need to draw their weapons.
If you are arrested for no reason it will be figured out. If they rough you up for no reason the cops will have their day in court.
So when the cops come for you do not resist, do not mouth off and do not make any movement towards a weapon or give them any concern for their own safety or people around the scene.
It is not that difficult a concept yet we keep seeing these types of shootings and it is senseless.
That reminds me of an old Chris Rock skit on how to not get your butt beat by a cop. It was a comedy skit but in reality should be broadcast as a public service announcement! It has a whole lot of truth in it.
