Which has what to do with crime in the US? Nothing.

The FBI reports US crime percentages by race. The US Census reports population percentages by race. Easy to see where the problem is here in the US.

If they brandish a weapon or try to fight the police, then I don't care if the person gets shot. I think the police are wrong plenty, but an individual will NEVER win by trying to adjudicate a dispute with the police in the streets.

The other problem is, police shouldnt be adjudicating with people with their guns either.
