Dunno. The shower issue has not been worked through, has it?

But issuing marriage licenses most certainly has.

They're the same issue: religious objection. Which IS a 1st Amendment Right.

I see some differences in the situations, even if you don't.

But let's say a court saw it the same way you do.

Those muslim girls would be expected to act no differently than non-muslim girls. Just as the (hypothetical) muslim county clerk would be expected to perform the way Kim Davis was expected to perform. Why do you think they wouldn't be?
