So does that mean Muslim school girls, who are allowed to wear their hijabs for religious purposes even though schools prohibit hats, etc., for everyone else, will not be able to religiously object to changing/showering in front of anatomical males at school?
Dunno. The shower issue has not been worked through, has it?
They're the same issue: religious objection. Which IS a 1st Amendment Right.
I see some differences in the situations, even if you don't.
But let's say a court saw it the same way you do.
Those muslim girls would be expected to act no differently than non-muslim girls. Just as the (hypothetical) muslim county clerk would be expected to perform the way Kim Davis was expected to perform. Why do you think they wouldn't be?
"Earlier Monday morning subcommittees voted for amendments that call for to the Bible being taught in schools, and transgender people to use the restroom of the gender they were assigned at birth, and voted to keep a call for a ban on same-sex marriage in their 2016 national platform."
Sweet Jesus. No wonder I can't ever force myself to vote Republican.

I can't shake the visual of how this would work in our local Walmart.
Perhaps an old Republican congressman will be at the doors for visual inspections.
Why can't we live in a world where gay people can get married AND religious people can decline to bake them a cake for that wedding? Why does it have to be either / or? Both can be accommodated.
Yep. Same thing as accommodating Muslim cab drivers who decline to pick up blind people because of their guide dogs. They can catch another cab - really!

I cant shake the ability of some to just make **** up and then run around repeating it, thinking others will believe them..
Hillary's views on legalized same sex marriage may have changed, but she does have a solid record of supporting LGBT civil rights going back more than 30 years. I suggest you read a book called "Victory: The Triumphant Gay Revolution" by Linda Hirschman which came out a few years ago.
Why can't we live in a world where whites can still force blacks to ride in the back of the bus and send their children to separate schools?
Oh, yeah, because of the Fourteenth Amendment. Read it and weep:
not even close to the same thing.
PRIVATE property and public property, is vastly different.
Education, you guys claim to be so superior but put the lack of, on display constantly
