Blacks, as a whole had BETTER "family unity" BEFORE LBJ'S welfare scam with it's gov't projects housing, which MANY believe is what ruined the black family.

Sure doesn't look like it. The "war on poverty" (which has been anything but that) destroyed the family unit. Look at the jump in unwed birth rates since then. For Blacks the unwed birth rate jumped from 25% in the 1964 to 72% in 2014:
What about Jews? Has there been a Holocaust against blacks?

Why is it THOSE people don't riot, break into stores, liquor and drug stores seem to be the first targets, and trash them like the "poor" blacks do?
You make decent points, but you fail to understand the psychology of a person with ZERO hope, distrust of the system, and no positive encouragement for generations. Add to that a 24/7 level of stress due to having NO future, feeling discriminated and you end up with a person that basically has NOTHING to lose---------a person whose only avenue to gain some recognition is crime.
They are blacks that have been modified by America. Different than a black from Africa that has no contamination with the American system.
A part of oppression is the concept of feeling "less than others". African Americans are infected with this bug. Blacks from Africa have a different outlook and as a group much better self-esteem. For that reason Africans outperform AAs.
Maybe 150-200 years ago. Black families were generally strong until the 1960's and later when the Govt made it profitable to make babies and not be married.
