Funny thing is, the more these far right-wingers post, the further left I go because I would not want to be in a nation where they are dominant. They may not believe it, but their posts are a complete turn-off, and are among the reasons I have totally lost respect for a large segment of the Republican Party. And their little victories in their posts that they feel down deep inside (ahem) are nothing but Pyrrhic victories. They are turning off huge parts of the American public, particularly those in the middle, where the balance of power really is.
I wish what you were saying was true BUT since the 60s there has been a resentment brewing from the right. Women, minorities, gays and others have been given the opportunity to compete with christian males. This is the backlash.... The unspoken truth is that the right wants to REMoVe this competition for the american dream. This is how civil wars start....
