And I thought the purpose of the news was to report facts without showing bias.

Watching Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace this morning, in an interview with Trump's campaign chairman Paul Manafort, he (Manafort) said that Chris was trying to "create something that isn't there" in speaking of a difference between Trump and Pence. Chris Wallace's immediate response was, "But, that's kind of what we're in the business to do, Paul". I didn't think I would ever hear a news reporter admit it.
Made me lose a lot of respect for Wallace, who I always likes because of his hard-hitting questions, no matter who it was he was interviewing. The media in this country sucks.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught that. I haven't seen much on the web about it, but it incensed me.

Well, it is FOX "News", and most thinking people know their modus operandi by now.

It's by far from just being Fox. This morning, Comcrap had a link on their Infinity home page to a story about a poll for the Clinton/Trump campaigns. The picture of Hillary was a smiling Hillary while Trump's was a picture taken mid-sentence with his mouth open. Even subtle things like that show bias; if they're going to have pictures side-by-side, then they should have both been "smiley" pictures or both "action" shots.
There is no unbiased news reporting on the networks anymore, regardless of whether they lean right or left.

That is all news and this has always been the case. Polls consistently rank journalists as one of the least respected professions. I personally respect hookers more than journalists.

Chris Wallace is a democrat and has said repeatedly no one at FOX ever tries to "handle" him or mess with his program. So this is on Wallace.

Chris Wallace is NOT a news reporter. His is an opinion maker. That is part of his job. Newsreaders are a dime-a-dozen.

Faux news. Their goal is to stir controversy so they get people to tune in.
