BLM is trying to make sure the media covers THEM instead of the RNC Convention this week. It will be all calm during the DNC coronation of the Hildebeast.
When reports come in for murder, rape, aggravated assault or grand theft....send them out. Do occasional traffic patrols.

What I think is important to understand and what makes dealing with the BLM movement, is that there really is no one direction or message. It's a disjointed group that has local meet ups organized by other random groups or people. It's not good because the people who have the good message to spread are drowned out by the flippin morons!

What you just said is mostly how Northern Ireland police do things. They ride in armored trucks and cars in bad neighborhoods.

Depends on the community. If its primarily a black community, the police should basically just make sure the mayhem doesn't leave their jurisdiction. I see no need for the police to protect and serve people who think they are executioners.
On the other hand, police should continue proactive policing in the majority of communities that respect them.
