If she prevails it should mean that businesses who serve or sell alcohol should have the right to not offer positions to people of religion be them Muslims or Southern Baptists.
If she refused to do what is clearly part of her job description she was rightly fired, in my opinion. Then again, I think a pharmacist who won't dispense birth control or morning after pills should be fired, too.
That said, people fight their former employers over how/why they were fired all the time. This isn't the most ludicrous reason I've seen at all.
Muslims perpetually play victim while at the same time partake in Jihad.
Jihad comes in many forms from beheadings, collecting money for jihad in the name of charity, lawsuits, etc.
Much respect for the other peaceful minority religions ( Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, etc.) that coexist peacefully.

If it's the desire of their employer, yes.
If the pharmacist owns their own pharmacy, they should have the right to decline selling any pharmaceutical they choose.
Well why should alcohol be served on planes anyway? When you have intoxicated passengers it can only lead to problems. Also, halal is the healthier choice for food so maybe it is the west that needs to adjust.

A Prohibitionist could argue that alcohol is a problem for society in general, not just on planes. Would you agree with that?
I've flown probably a hundred times and have never once witnessed alcohol problems on a plane.
Does it happen? Yes. But with the hundreds of thousands of people flying daily, it's still pretty rare.

People who don't like the lifestyle in the west should find somewhere to live that's more to their liking. The world doesn't revolve around the naysayers.
I agree with AminWI, she was fired for just cause. She knew the job would require serving alcohol when she was hired. I'll bet she never mentioned her inability to complete all the requirements of the job during her initial interview, so once again, we likely have someone who misrepresented herself just to get the job.
