He may have. There are reports he was in a car accident a few weeks before he met these cops. No evidence of it except Marilyn Mosby having his medical records sealed and the judge approving that seal.

If the cops injured him there would be bruises on him. Medical examiner said his injuries were internal.

He also may not have injured himself. Who did? Prove it.

Mosby should lose her job and possibly her Law license.

Her "no justice no peace" statement and wrongful persecutions, not prosecutions are very blatant.
The rest of her wrongful cases will go exactly like the 4 already already judged.

One of the four so far was a hung jury. I don't know why that cop chose a jury rather than a bench trial.

Mosby acted in hast to try to appease the public and further her own political career. At this point, the prosecutor should drop the charges in the remaining cases to spare the system this exercise in futility. The substance of the remaining charges is identical to what has already been acquitted

There has been no proof whatsoever provided by the prosecution that there was any intent to harm him. There has been nothing even remotely close to proof. In the total absence of proof that any criminal intent was present then charges simply shouldn't have been filed. This case, like many other high profile police cases recently, was fueled by misinformation and crazy media coverage.

Just because someone dies in police custody doesn't mean anyone is at fault and should be punished. Crazy stuff happens all the time. Accidents happen as well. It's really unfortunate that this guy died, it always is, but that doesn't mean these officers (some with only minimal contact with him) should be charged with a crime to satiate public blood lust.

He died in police custody. That's a civil matter. And not criminal. They already got a civil settlement.

I am not a forensics expert or a doctor, but I'd like to know how someone can break their own back.

so a perp in police custody dies of a broken back and it can be written off to dying of natural causes.

awesome

Do you believe in the phrase innocent until proven guilty? The prosecution tried and failed. Your question has no bearing on the outcome. People get injured in all kinds of ways.

THIS is why they're so angry. there is no accountability. "it wasn't me" - all the time

Fall down onto the edge of the bench. People have broken their necks and backs slipping in the shower.
