A lot of terrorists have low IQ's . Some are not even educated. It doesn't take much to kill a bunch of people.....

How prepared do you have to be to commit murder with assault rifles or driving trucks?

People who commit murder tend to be on the bottom half of the IQ side than the top half --- it doesn't take a genius to figure out ways to kill.
