SO now we have the facts nothing to do with ISIS, a mentally ill man. I think some people owe Obama & Clinton an apology although even if true had nothing to do with them, But they also owe an apology to Merkel.
This wasn't even our country, I couldn't imagine the reaction to the next terror attack here.

An Afghan teen has been arrested as an accomplice to the Munich massacre. This clearly suggests this was a conspiracy and not a "lone gunman" attack.
Also, as far as the possibility that this person from Afghanistan was not a Muslim either and was not motivated by radical Islamic jihadist ideas, while that is not impossible, it clearly does not pass the smell test. But it will certainly be expected that many on the left will rush to make that case, regardless of the facts in this instance.
An Afghan teenager was arrested on Sunday in Germany on suspicion that he was connected to Friday’s mass attack in Munich, police said.
The 16-year-old male may have known about the plans of the gunman, who killed nine people, but the teen did not tell authorities, officials said. The teen is also suspected of having played a role in a Facebook post that invited the public to a location near where the deadly shooting later took place, Reuters reported.
“There is a suspicion that the 16-year-old is a possible tacit accomplice to [Friday’s] attack,” a police statement said.
Further details were not immediately available, but Germany's dpa news agency reported the 16-year-old teen had gone to police himself after the act.
The gunman in the Munich assault was identified as an 18-year-old Iranian-German.
Some more details to the story, he reported to police right after the shooting.

The investigations will have to show to what extent, if any, he was involved in a Facebook post inviting people to meet at a cinema complex near the main railway station in Munich.
The attacker himself had put up a post on a fake Facebook account before his attack, inviting people to come to the fast food restaurant where the shooting began.
