This is the most cognitively challenged administration, ever. I'm not sure even Hillary can lower the IQ factor and reduce the competency level but I'm sure she'll do her darnedest to drive it down even further.
Kerry may be even dumber than Hillary.
Except even the content of that article with the clickbait title doesn't prove that he said that. He said that he felt dealing with this issue was of great significants in the same way that dealing with ISIS is. The article gave no quote from Kerry to indicate that he even came close to saying what the title of the article says he had said.
There's a phrase I use to describe this phenomenon. It's called "incredibly ****ty journalism that no respectable person takes serioulsy."
Rather or not it was pointless of Kerry to be doing what he was doing, he did not say refrigerators are more dangerous than ISIS.
