Exclamation Yep, it's those evil guns... Knife Attack In Japan Kills 19

Yessir, it's those evil guns we need to ban! That'll stop all of the mayhem and murder.!!!

An attacker wielding a knife has killed at least 19 people at an assisted living center in Japan.

The attack occurred in the city of Sagamilhara, a city just west of Tokyo.

Twenty others are said to have been injured in the attack. The Associated Press reports that the knifeman has turned himself in.

Horrible; and not unprecedented. In 2001 a school janitor stabbed 8 little kids to death in Osaka. In Nagoya in 2014, a man in a rental car deliberately drove into a crowd intending to kill as many people as possible. Luckily he was stopped and there were only 13 injuries; no deaths. In 1995 cult members used Sarin gas on the Tokyo subway to kill a dozen people and injure thousands.

Japan Sagamihara knife attack: At least 15 dead, reports say - BBC News

The country may be different, as well as the weapons used, but I am most positive the motive and mindset of the perpetrator is the same as any such people around the world who commit such acts (America, China, etc.).

That is, an unstable 'loser' who feels alienated and wronged by society somehow, and feels that he deserves attention by the country/world. Hence, a need to commit an act so heinous the perpetrator will now revel in the attention and notoriety he so craved.
