I comprehended what you said perfectly, maybe you didn't understand what I said.

People like you didn't give a damn about Hillary's private, unsecured email server and you're willing to look past all of that while still supporting her. Now all of a sudden the DNC gets caught with emails that are bland, tame and otherwise harmless compared to what Hillary had on her server and you guys care. You only care because it's affecting your side's campaign and lowering support for your candidate, the same candidate that put our national security at risk for years with her email system.

Pardon me if I have a hard time feeling sorry for you guys, this is a perfect example of why Hillary AND the DNC aren't fit to run this country at this time. If this email hack hurts the DNC, maybe it'll force them to act like adults and be honest.

The DNC has apologized and their chair has resigned. The emails are legit. They haven't disputed them.

The FBI is investigating the hack.

Putting words in my mouth? I never said or implied that I didn't care about Hillary's private email server being used for State Department business, some of it classified.

What I'd like to know, is beyond the Hillary bashing, aren't any of you the least bit concerned that Russia may be trying to manipulate an election? They've done it before.

It's very hard to believe that the email dump, coming one day before the Democratic convention was to begin, was coincidental. Wiki Leaks hasn't done such specific timing before; in fact, the randomness of it's leaks has made them get more attention when a dump happens.

Putin definitely despises Clinton, and he has already tinkered with elections all over Europe in similar fashion. Similar election disruption has occurred in Germany, France, Italy, and others.

Cyber warfare is very useful to the Russians. Hacking can disrupt national currencies, international negotiations, military operations, and lots of other stuff to hamper the west to their favor. Chaos has always been a very useful tool, and Putin completely understands it's many values.

The Russians have some darned good hackers, too. Many are criminals who hit Russia first, and instead of going to prison, where integrated into Putin's group of hackers, where their expertise could be really put to use.

And, again, it begs the question: Who would profit the most?
