I mean why not not bring up Larken Rose's 'When Should You Shoot a Cop?' while we're at it?

Yes, get some rest. Sounds like you need it.

It's no wonder, because they weren't there and the massive brainwash from the Government schools, in the teaching of history, is holding up nicely. The Fed couldn't be more proud of its citizens, I'm sure.

Mean while back in DC ...

Adding song lyrics; some may know the tune ...

If you're enslaved and you know it clap your hands.
If you're enslaved and you know it clap your hands ...

If you're enslaved and you know it, then your life will surely show it ...
If you're enslaved and you know it ... clap your hands.

There is so much history to be taught that it can't all be taught. You could teach history all day and not even have an impact. But now the focus in this day and age is on math and science so we will be competitive with the world. If you really think there is brainwashing going on then what are you doing as a parent. Do your job and teach your kids and stop complaining about schools.

No matter how you slice it and no matter what time-frame. Slavery was and is an immoral institution that people should not just cast off as if it were no big deal. That is what BO'R was doing and that why people here in this thread arguing that is was not that bad, not that important, and no longer relevant need to take a deep look inside their soul - if they can find it.

No one had to is a specious argument. No one had to create, discover, wonder, wander, make war, occupy, colonize, enslave, but they did and have throughout history as that is the human condition.

I recall the memoirs of conquistador Bernal Diaz, writing in old age regarding why he/they did it- "We did it for God, Glory and Gold, mostly for Gold".

There are people in America who have no concept of travel by horse, blood letting as a cure for disease or the morse code. So yeah, slavery is a forgotten practice to pretty much everyone over here. Can't imagine why.

As I've already shown, that's true in BLUE cities/states.

But, then... Blacks overwhelmingly vote Dem. You can't help those who won't help themselves.

2. Where do most Black people live? If you want to do it regionally -- it's the South.
Yep, and THIS is why...

Quote:
"The percentage of the nation’s black population living in the South has hit its highest point in half a century, according to census data released Thursday, as younger and more educated black residents move out of declining cities in the Northeast and Midwest in search of better opportunities."
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/25/us/25south.html?_r=0

There are no "better opportunities" for Blacks in BLUE states. Should be no surprise whatsoever, based on BLUE states' ongoing NIMBY covert and sometimes blatant racism.

But, yeah... keep voting for Dems.

Not amplified, merely factual.

You're posting your "opinions." You can't say orange is green and then assert that's "critical thinking."

Meanwhile, I'm posting actual facts AND backing them up with citations and links.
