The Hb2 visa holder is allowed to bring their spouse and minor children who attend US public schools. The children may become eligible for healthcare, SNAP benefits and free school meals. Nothing precludes an h2b visa holder from engaging in activity that results in an anchor baby.

The sponsoring employer is required to demonstrate it made a reasonable effort to recruit in the US. A small ad in the back of a local paper suffices.

Given Trump's position, it looks seriously hypocritical of him to make use of seasonal worker visas. The greater Palm Beach area is full of posh resorts. Trump can pay more and poach from the competition.
He can bus workers in from adjoining counties. That's certainly cheaper than bringing someone in from overseas of Mexico.

It's not too much to expect Trump to walk his talk.
This needs repeating. Again and again until it sinks in.

keep with what was actually please. all new workers at any job have to be trained. but american companies generally want workers that are going to stay long term after being trained, not leave after a few months to go back to a summer job. had you actually bothered to read what i wrote you would have understood that.
It is temporary as they are closed it the summer.

Actually, many servers like to work during the season and only limited time in the summer as tips are better when the place is busy and they can stay home in the summer with their kids.

true for many winter season properties, but there are many summer season properties that are closed in the winter, funny how that works.

and generally returning employees dont need to be retrained either, just the new ones.

What we do know though is that Trump truly is a world class hypocrite & liar. You don't have to work in the HR department at Mar a Lago to realise that. His actions, or lack of action speak volumes.
