Are you scared of your own shadow? Are they supposed to shake and go hide under a desk anytime ISIS says something. So you enjoy letting Terrorists Terrorize you? That is the entire goal of them. Give them attention and scream and yell about how we are so scared we need to build up our military because they are so terrifying. Nothing new. ISIS threatens this and threatens that all the time but a lot of it is not credible. ISIS has no air force, no navy and no ability to mount any sort of organized attack against the French military. ISIS has been unable to expand territory in Iraq and Syria.
Yes, ISIS will probably continue to launch random suicide attacks here and there, and France needs to be on alert.
