one-two percent will end up in some use of force... a fraction of one percent will found to be unjustified

Of course the former cop enables the corruption, knowing that adding to the police force doesnt stop the corruption, making an example out of the upper management that wont curb the behavior does. Knowing full well the bad apples around them and doing nothing about it. Trying to downplay the brutality and avoid the issue, just like BLM avoids the issue of BOB crime. Its a shame that the poor lads that are/were on the job cant see above their own heads. Knowing the problems are higher up.
Oh yeah, when will the cops/former cops
"step up" and join the likes of organizations such as "The National Coalition of Law Enforcement Officers for Justice, Reform and Accountability"?
