If I had more time I could probably think of a few more who are better overall.
Ulysses S. Grant was a great general but a terrible president. He deserves to be amongst the bottom 10 which would include James Buchanan, Warren G. Harding, Herbert Hoover, and Richard Nixon.

Many historians have done an about face on Grant. I'd rate him average. Above Obama.

Obama's legacy will be determined by the fate of Obamacare.
