Just wanted to poll see if you support the no fly list being used in this way. These list's of US Citizens have no due process would lose their 2nd Amendment rights to owning a firearm with no due process. The list are controlled by the US government no one knows who actually controls these list.

If the constitution still means something then no. Abolish the no-fly list too. Nobody should be restricted from traveling without the due process of the law.

This is a matter of right or wrong and should not be determined by votes or even a democratic process - that is if we still believe in unalienable rights, the right to travel freely as a free person, the right to be secure in our person and the right to keep and bear arms.

Also this should not only apply to US citizens. As a human, we all have these rights.

Another gun grab. All registered gun owners will be put on the no fly list, hide and watch.

Just remember that Sen. Ted Kennedy was on the no-fly list and had no idea why.

This has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard.....

It was documented that those killed recently in CA, their neighbors did not want to tell on them because.......

According to a local Los Angeles news report, a neighbor of San Bernardino massacre suspects Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik didn't report suspicious activity at their apartment for fear of being accused of racism.

And no, because of this:

Quote:
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Wednesday that she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report, which lists returning veterans among terrorist risks to the U.S.
This means that no vets would be able to fly....
