Actually this is what happens when someone is trying to control laughing to appear presidential.

It would not appear presidential for her to be dancing and laughing everytime she thinks or mentions the name of the "sad" man.

It's quite possible that she is suffering the side effects of brain damage from her blood clot. Idk why some people are criticizing this so much. Maybe they don't want to hear the truth about HC's physical condition? Or maybe they didn't actually watch the video? Oh, I suppose they're miffed about the other things that were said--the questions about whether she's on drugs or is having a breakdown. Well, I think that narrows down the reasons for her weird behavior (except possession, perhaps), so I think the video brings up valid questions that should be addressed before people vote her into the highest office of this land. Maybe the Clinton supporters should look hard at her would-be VP to see if *that* person is the one they want in charge if HC has a stroke or whatever.
